Actually, Bel, It's your turn. Jericho won initiative. Then the Dwarfs.

Additionally, we're in a surprise round, so only PCs who passed the Spot check can take a standard or move action. The rest of us do nothing.

They dress in filthy kilts made of vines and are armed with crude bronze scimitars, while their maddened eyes and silent attack leaves no room for parley.

Sorry for the double post, if they are considered undead (i think theres is an undead plant creature thing) he gets a +2 to damage but thats it.

Give me a shout when it's time for Faurgar to act. Since he failed to spot the "dwarves", I assume he can't act until the surprise round is over, so the party members who passed the check and the "dwarves" should get to act a second time before he can do anything, right?

I mean unless you rolled lower than a 7 on initiative you will go before my second time
