Jessica moves away. Lanius fires one arrow, which is Shielded. Merry tries to ready a spell, but blinks out. The Shield also blocks a Celestial's arrow.
A pop and flash of magic indicates that the wizard has relocated, and a bright mote shoots down at Jessica, but misses. The wizard then ascends from 120' to 150', still invisible.

You've been pursuing the notorious guerilla warrior known only as "Grey Robin" for days. Finally, you've run him to ground - or he has chosen to show himself to you. You're in the Grey Marshes, an area with dense, winding streams, stands of cat-tails, and brush and briars...but no trees.
Sight lines are clear, but there are large patches of thick underbrush (green) that are difficult terrain. The brush offers partial cover (+2 AC & Dex saves), but only offers total cover if someone is prone behind/in it.
He starts 550’ from the party.
