I apologize for the delay in getting an answer to you, but we are just returning from the holiday weekend here in the US.
The easiest way for me to investigate why you have not received your order is for you to email me with the name that was used to place the order. Other information (the order #, date of order, your address) may be helpful in determining what has happened.
I can look into things and have a reply (with what I know as I start the inquiry) to you within 24 hours of receiving the information about your order.
