Just got a really nice email from Amy with the shipping details, tracking numbers, etc. The cards are shipping today, now that everyone is back from holidays.

It is really,really nice having people take care of your problems and look after you. As I've always said, GREAT quality and customer service isn't about striving to be 100% error free, it's about fixing things quickly when they DO go wrong. There was a holiday break, and it's important family time. Not just "for me" but also for the staff at ApeGames. That is to say, it's important to ME that the staff at ApeGames gets their family time as well. So this counts as quickly!
