Saves are probably self explanatory - sword+board uses his Human Tenacity racial vs. Sam's Mind Thrust, but still fails the save. Success vs. Create Bonfire, Mind Sliver (not Thrust) from Grepha failed.
And a Sigil underneath Grok, but he'll need to stay in place to take advantage of it since it won't activate until 'round 3'.

Elf Rogue from the left (Hide Roll: 22) exits and approaches Grok. Since he was hidden, no OA for getting close. He attacks and hits for
23 including Sneak Attack damage.
Orc Cleric (A DC5 religion check tells you his holy symbol is that of Loviatar, the Maiden of Pain) opens the bottom-left door, casts Heat Metal on Grok, and then disappears out of sight again, though he's still in the southern room. Grok takes a further
9 fire damage. Since it was cast on his armour, there's no save to be made to drop the item, but for the record it would be a DC15.

Normally I give initiative ties to the party but giving it to the enemy let me split them into teams of 2 each, so this works out slightly better.
