The Noctuary (D&D 3.5e, Level 20+ Adventure)

I'd live to have the chance to resurrect one of my characters here.

That said, would it be possible to adjust the Half Fiend template to LA 3, rather than 4, in line with the LA assignment thread discussion(Here)

Said character would be, well, a rework of Eilyra Dlardrageth(Fluff would remain the same, although the mechanics would need to be adjusted for the different level and spells likely re-balanced(Having played the character previously, shapechange is incredibly op.)

Basic build is Wizard/Swiftblade/Abjurant Champion, intending to act as a gish.
