IC, I'm sticking with Faurgar's earlier sentiment - we need to kill them all to prevent them from reporting us to their superiors. Capturing them and then letting them go is unlikely to lead to anything other than them scuttling back to the Constable to report our "unprovoked attack".
However, if someone has the means to compel them to
not report us to their superiors, capturing them and interrogating them becomes more doable.
