The spheres wiki has a bunch of non-sphere things on it, although I think almost everything (except for spheres) on it is also on Library of Metzofitz, which has a lot of third-party material on it - LoM has a replacement site, although I don't think all the material has been transferred over yet. And of course Archives of Nethys is the main one for Paizo-only stuff with all the Golarion-specific lore still intact (although that's less relevant since this game is set in FR.)
