Thank you for this. I was thinking along the lines of having rented a house near the lighthouse to see the sea and be close to his canoe. I was also thinking of having a favorite tavern, and perhaps know a captain or two.
As for character development, I completely agree. I picture Tefkros arriving as a zero-level warrior here and spending the first decade or two foraging and hunting around and in Sasserine, thus becoming first level. He is then known enough to get a job in a ship and spends some decades as a fighting sailor, thus earning his second level. Then, the demise of the Sea Princes came and the work for the Jade Ravens came, and he is now third level.

I'm happy that Tefkros could know Aron, maybe from doing jobs together or from fencing / appraising recovered artifacts.
I'd imagine that Aron would know the jade Ravens for a similar reason, both occasional frequenting the Adventurer's Guild and for being in the shop were the jade Ravens resupply their magics

Can we buy part charged (i.e 10, or 25) wands?
Still okay with Pathfinder style unlimited Cantrips?
