I did a quick and dirty googling before posting, and i cant confirm but it seems like nope, your NHS and it's foolishly reasonable pricing ideas won't pay the US system. Obvs you want to do more research than i did and find an actually reliable answer.

Had to Google A&E. It's just called the ER over here, and that's what i was talking about. The forms are nothing to be concerned about. The fees are. If your biggest issue is the forms, recognize your system is a dream.
