The Preservationists' Enclave

"Sure thing, little one." Neng quickly turns his pad of paper and draws another star. "There ya go. It ain't worth much, but it gets you buckets of nails and bags of cement. Now quit bothering me! I have more to do today then you do in a month, and we're barely started! Get movin'!" Someone in the yard shouts "Neng!" and he wheels to see a crowd of confused workers holding supplies, unsure where to put them. He gives a wave of finality and heads back to continue his duties.

Spoiler: The Villa
Show
A villa nestled in between two more vertical buildings, this low building offers rooms for everyone of varying size, a well stocked but archaic kitchen, a wine cellar attached to an underground grotto that connects to a sewer menaced by dark shadows and monstrous echoes from a grated pipe in the wall. There is grafitti on the walls that indicate that something large and dangerous makes it's home under the villa, along with a great treasure.

Spoiler: The Fort
Show

A tall watchtower or similar military construction sits at the crossroads of a busy street (by Timeborne standards). It's roots sink deep into the earth, which defies logic, as it apparently appeared here a week ago as though it belonged here. The building is spartan, but it is efficient and modern, with a partially stocked armory, a small gymnasium, hot water that runs through pipes, and plenty of room for visitors if they don't mind barrack living. There is a command bunker with personal quarters in the basement, along with a safe that no one has been able to open that occasionaly makes noise. The building is currently overrun with a giant bee hive that must be reckoned with.

Spoiler: The Haunted Home of a Dead Wizard
Show
By far the most unassuming option in the group, a modest stone house that would be cosy (and potentially cramped), if in were not for a howling ghost reported to be wailing at all hours. Visitors sometimes report seeing fleeting images of people doing everything from dancing to dying. No one has been hurt yet, but passerby outside have been menaced by spectral hands. There is an extensive library spanning a variety of topics, a study with more eldritch tomes, and a ritual circle in the basement that appears inert, perhaps only partially completed. There's a bonus bounty for quieting the ghost before it harms someone.
