This is probably our last chance to keep talking if we want to consider the possibility that Wadim is working with the goblins in some way.

If they keep Wadim in a cage, I think it's pretty clear he's not working with them after all.

Bardhyl reaches the cave significantly ahead of anyone else, so I'm going to hang fire on reacting to Elsa's appearance until it's clear what scene she's walking in on.
