So as natives to Helnith (and also having no clue as a player), what might our new characters know about this Team Bandra?

FYI, I was thinking of playing it up as Flotsam being mostly ignorant about Team Bandra, but with a war that has gone on for years and big changes to the lands, it would be pretty hard to remain totally ignorant.
