Okay, new idea. Could someone make me a OotS-ify me a Wingless Wonder?

A Wingless Wonder is a blue and purple, waddling, nearsighted egg-shaped monster with suction cup feet, giant googly eyes and sticky tentacles on the top of its head. It turns red when angry and is uncontrollably attracted to shiny things which it eats using it's tentacles.

And, yes, this is an official Dungeons & Dragons monster

I just love it

edit: Oh, and it never stops flapping it's arms. Thus, the Wingless Wonder.
