While this is true, the fact that many are not black dragons is irrelevant.

Can she atone? Yes, but it would be extremely difficult to make up for something as horrific as what she did.

Also, on topic of the favorite character tournament, I and many people didn't get to vote in that. I have 10+ buds who read OotS and the 3.5 forums, and none of them voted in it either. There's a reason random samples are used in any legitimate collection of data.
