The world's population has been dying very young for the past 400 years. 25 is now the official age of death for most Humans. Also, technology has stagnated and been eliminated electronically, but steam and water technology have both sky-rocketed. There has been a report of a man over 30 in Canada, and the North American Union has ordered scientists, doctors, spies and even military personel to find him.
