Celestia requests Fluttershy's help taking care of an old friend(who happens to be a dragon)/or the dragon ambassador who has fallen ill.
Being a very proud dragon though he wont accept any help from ponies..so Celestia transforms her into a dragon


also, i fully expect to see at least one flutterdragon pic in the drawfriend tonight..half a dozen minimum tomorrow
