There's typing something and adding the word "pony" to a google image search.

That's pretty much all I do, or adding "MLP" instead of "pony". Either way. It's how I found my Saiyuki ponies, my moogle pony (kupo), and others. Otherwise, if I just want to browse images, I use DeviantArt.
