Gender: Snake-y monster thing.
Equipment: Not that I'm aware of.
Any other notable features (scars, tattoos, etc.): Violet eyes, symbol crown, being a giant snake-man-thing.
If their skin is a special color, add that: Orange-ish, blue-ish, and white portions.
Hair color: No hair, just the crown halo thing.
Race: Protean (Keketar)
Class: CN Large outsider (chaotic, extraplanar, protean, shapechanger)
Pose: I would rather have the pose in the SRD, but if that doesn't work, any snake-y pose will do.
