Default 3.0 Psion Help (or "How does one raise stats?")

So, let's say someone is trying to play a 3.0 Psion. For reference (if I've got this right), while Wizards have 8 Schools of Magic, Psions have 6 Psionic Disciplines. And while (outside of specialists and a few corner cases), one could just throw away the concept of Schools of Magic, and Wizards would play exactly the same. Not so for Psions and their Psionic Disciplines in 3.0! No, while a Wizard needs Int = 10 + Spell Level to cast a spell, a 3.0 Psion? Well, each of the 6 Psionic Disciplines corresponds to a different one of the 6 stats, and you need that same 10 + spell level in that stat.

Now, as if this wasn't bad enough, let's say we're using rolled stats, or wanted a real challenge or something, and have a "3" in one of our stats. Or, heck, for funzies, we could take a 3 in all of our stats, if we really wanted to go hard mode. But for simplicity, let's say there's a 3 in a stat, and it isn't a stat that matters to us...

... except for this one power we really want to manifest.

My question is, what tricks are there to raise one's stats? What options does this character have, and how quickly can they come online?

The best place to start is this resource.

Wow, that's a lot of ways to boost stats. I can't believe I forget Fiend of Possession / Fiend of Corruption.

Also, it says someone named "Maat Mons" did most of the work - any relation?
