As the god of magic, Kefka Palazzo, formally a betrayer general of the Ghestalian Empire, has ruined his own world, now referred to often as "The World Of Ruin" thanks to his machinations and destructive powers. He is god of magic, which in his native world is the ultimate source of power, and an enormously destructive force. His powers include elemental offensive spells, poisons, earth quakes, telekinesis, and pure mystical destruction in the form of one of his strongest spells, fittingly named "Ultima", but one of his abilities, the spell which has made him most infamous is the dreaded "Light Of Judgment". Once Kefka unleashes this spell, which takes the form of a highly destructive, coherent laser, not only destroys it's target utterly through sheer force, but has the added effect of conjuring monsters wherever it strikes. Kefka has the minimum power to carve out large islands away from entire continents, and has used his telekinetic abilities to ragdoll his enemies, in addition to inflicting his magic via quick incantations."

"An Anti-Kryptonian suit, covered in anti-magical hieroglyphics engraved by Doctor Fate, should be sufficient to cancel out Kefka's powerful magic, or at least act as a dampener to weaken his spell's effects. Meanwhile, the suit, out fitted to face a fully powered Kryptonian one on one in mortal combat, will have to suffice in putting Kefka Palazzo down. A simple fight to the death should be implemented to take the God of Magic down once and for all. His extreme nihilism is a danger to the entire planet, and there is no other way to confront him."
