@millie
I'm confused my your statement of "its the closest"
The bakery is #2, and almost the farthest
Or did you mean it'd be the closest to a clue kinda?

The Constable said
"You could start at the candy shop"
OR
"You could always try talking to the Tarascon's, they own the large townhouse and the Plantation which brings in most of the income for the town."
I presumed without looking at the map that the townhouse was at the plantation, and they would be further out of the town.
so if that is not the case then it is just my bad for not looking at the map
also Millie is kind of ticked off about getting searched and that candy shop is definitely a source of information / aggravation
Aaaaaah!
Understood!
Thank you for clarifying.
The candy shop is indeed closer than the plantation
Ted or Pendergrast? anything to add?
Whats the next plan of action? talk to the town? bust open a coffin? go buy some weapons?
all the people from the funeral have gone back to town, only Brucian and the Constable have remained, other than the groundskeeper who is in the background
Alright Grey! Roll me that diplomacy check for once you get to the bakery, ill roll aids if you need it.
Sure, here the roll.

Sorry to hear that, best wishes!
@Grey
You get like 2 lbs of red Licorice for 2 Silver
@Rose
There are various candies available. Peppermint, Cinnamon Candy, Strawberry suckers, Houndstooth marbles, Lemon Lime suckers, Black Licorice, and of course RED licorice
Understood. Thanks for the heads up.
Grey, where we going next?
Can roll diplomacy here in ooc again
Provided everyone agree I would like to have a talk with Mordu, not going to eat almost one kg of candies alone.

@Cheyanne
You dont see anyone from your vantage point
Sounds good - how about anything interesting in this room? Cheyanne won't literally root around in his stuff, but she's more comfortable standing, meandering around, and looking about than she would be sitting with a complete stranger...who also seems strange...
@Cheyanne
This front room serves as the kitchen/dinning room/living room of the house, the couch and chairs have been set up as if to receive a group. Nothing seems out place but you do see he has red licoroce sticking out of clay pot
Old timey root beer flavored hard candy, like you could crunch it, but its intended to be sucked on and savored.
@rose, yes you see the red Licorice
Okay, this stuff is pretty popular. :smalltongue: Maybe the culprit is the one person in town who doesn't have it.
Sense Motive as requested.

Spoiler: greyYou can't get a read on him. No idea if he's lying or telling the truth based on this
It indeed was a hellsing abridged refrence. Lol.
Spoiler: roseThis guy has no evidence. He is all hypothesis and theory with no substance, he's making a big show so you will believe him, but he believes what he is saying.
Sense Motive: [roll0]
Spoiler: CheyanneYou can't get a read on him, his mannerisms are kinda strange. Must be whats throwing you off.
